I'm Teja Sree Putta, a UX/UI & Product Designer with an MSc in Computer Science, specialising in Interaction Design, from the University of Gothenburg. I work end-to-end on AI products and B2B dashboards, from discovery research through to dev-ready prototypes, and I document the reasoning behind every screen.

Recruiter dashboard redesign
The recruiter-facing side of SwipeJobb: post jobs, move candidates through a pipeline, schedule interviews, manage the team and billing. Built by developers without a designer, so the interface itself was the problem as much as the structure.
SwipeJobb's AI career platform
An AI platform that writes tailored cover letters, builds and scores CVs, and surfaces matched jobs, designed end-to-end from competitive research through to a dev-ready prototype validated with 5 users.
Intranet redesign
A corporate intranet nobody could navigate, rebuilt around how employees actually work. Researched with 40 employees, restructured the information architecture, and validated through task-based usability testing.
Tangible posture feedback
A sensor-embedded cushion that nudges desk workers to fix their posture and take breaks, using vibration, light and sound instead of another notification on another screen.
Sustainability tracking app
A mobile app that makes the invisible carbon cost of everyday phone use visible, tracking energy and CO₂ from data, device and cloud usage, then using gamification to turn awareness into habit.
How I work
Forty survey responses and six interviews before a single DevPort wireframe. The structure of a product is a research finding, not a style choice.
Every screen I hand over comes with the reasoning attached, why this layout, what it de-risks, what we'd test next.
On SwipeJobb, match percentages, live output panels and 'refine' escape hatches all exist for one reason: users trust what they can see working.
Button logic, transition behaviour and edge-case states, documented. Developers shouldn't have to guess, and they shouldn't have to ask twice.
