The work, in brief

SwipeJobb Business Panel — Recruiter dashboard redesign

2026
What I owned
I redesigned the recruiter panel end to end: auditing the existing build, defining a design system and a full UI language from the product's brand colours, restructuring the navigation around how recruiters actually work, and designing 20+ high-fidelity screens with a connected prototype for developer handoff. I also led a UX intern through the prototype work, assigning tasks, reviewing progress, building the component list, designing the master components and running review-and-refine cycles.
What I did
The panel had been built by developers with no designer involved, so the interface was the problem as much as the structure. Type, colour and spacing were decided screen by screen, icons were pasted in as images at different weights, and nothing sat on a shared grid. Underneath that, the navigation didn't match how recruiters actually work.
What came of it
A consistent interface built on a real design system, a navigation structure that follows the recruiter's workflow, and a connected prototype covering the core flows, ready for testing and dev handoff.

Demonstrates

  • B2B / enterprise UX
  • Design systems
  • Design tokens
  • Information architecture
  • Dashboard & data design
  • Master components
  • Mentoring & design review
  • Developer hand-off

The Career AI Assistant — SwipeJobb's AI career platform

2025—2026
What I owned
I led the end-to-end design of the whole platform: research, IA, all high-fidelity screens, the component library, user flows, button logic, the interactive prototype and usability testing. The CV builder was co-designed with a colleague, contributing equally to research, wireframing and final design.
What I did
Job seekers juggle three or four disconnected tools to send one application, switching between ChatGPT, LinkedIn and job boards, and the output still isn't tailored to the role. Cover letters read generic, CVs can't be personalised without starting over, and nothing connects the journey.
What came of it
Five core flows delivered as a fully interactive, dev-ready prototype, validated with 5 participants, every pain point from testing mapped to a specific design iteration.

Demonstrates

  • Competitive analysis
  • Information architecture
  • AI interaction patterns
  • Design systems
  • User flows & button logic
  • Prototyping
  • Usability testing
  • Developer hand-off

DevPort — Intranet redesign

2025
What I owned
With a thesis partner, I ran the full double-diamond process: surveys with 40 employees, six one-on-one interviews, MoSCoW prioritisation, two rounds of wireframes, high-fidelity design and task-based usability testing.
What I did
DevPort's intranet was cluttered and hard to navigate. Employees struggled to find documents, understand the structure, and finish simple tasks, so they stopped using it.
What came of it
A restructured information architecture validated in testing, all six participants found the redesign easy to navigate and documents easy to locate, and the new resume feature was rated the most valuable addition.

Demonstrates

  • Survey design & analysis
  • User interviews
  • Information architecture
  • MoSCoW prioritisation
  • Wireframing
  • Task-based usability testing
  • Stakeholder alignment

Emotional Cushion — Tangible posture feedback

2025
What I owned
One of four on the team. I worked across ideation, the interaction model, both prototype builds and the user evaluation.
What I did
Prolonged sitting causes back pain, poor posture and reduced circulation, and the people most affected already ignore every screen-based reminder they get.
What came of it
A fully working cushion with four pressure sensors driving progressive light, sound and vibration feedback, evaluated with students and teachers, and iterated into three new features based on what they said.

Demonstrates

  • Tangible / physical interaction
  • Concept ideation
  • Rapid prototyping
  • Arduino & sensors
  • User evaluation
  • Iterative design

Carbon & Cloud — Sustainability tracking app

2024
What I owned
One of four designers on a coursework team. I contributed across user research, information architecture, wireframing, high-fidelity design and the style guide.
What I did
Everyday smartphone use burns real energy and produces real emissions, but it's completely invisible to the person doing it, so nothing changes.
What came of it
A designed app concept that turns three measurable inputs, data transmission, device power and cloud usage, into a personal footprint, with gamification built to sustain engagement past the first week.

Demonstrates

  • Mobile UI design
  • Competitive analysis
  • User research
  • Information architecture
  • Gamification & behaviour design
  • Visual style guides

What I'm looking for

Role

UX/UI or Product Design, mid-level, on a team where design decisions get argued about rather than assigned.

Location

India, fully remote, or relocating. I've worked remotely across three countries and time zones for over a year.

The kind of work

Complex products with real users and real constraints. B2B, internal tools and AI interfaces interest me more than marketing sites.

What I bring

End-to-end ownership: research, IA, high-fidelity design, documented flows and developer hand-off, plus the reasoning written down.

Worth a conversation?

I usually reply within a day.
